Swim: 400 meter snake pool swim
Bike: 12 mile road course
Run: 2 mile road run
USAT Sanctioned Event
This event is an USAT Sanctioned Event. USAT members will be required to show their USAT card. Non-USAT members or participants that cannot show their USAT card will be required to purchase 1 day USAT license. All participants will be required to fill out a USAT liability waiver.
Team Categories
- Teams may be 2 or 3 participants.
- Each participant may complete 1 or 2 parts of the triathlon.
- The team category is a relay. No part of the triathlon can be started before previous parts are completed.
